Schoch Family Farmstead

Schoch Family Farmstead is a historic, state-certified raw dairy in Salinas. Established in 1944, they are renowned for being one of the few dairies in California licensed to sell raw milk directly to consumers. They are famous for their farmstead Monterey Jack cheese and high-quality raw cow milk, available at select coastal farmers markets and their farm store.
