Gallup Family Farms is a multi-generational operation in Gooding providing raw Jersey cow milk, cream, and butter. Founded by a large-animal veterinarian with a passion for herd health, the farm emphasizes a ‘nose-to-tail’ philosophy, offering grass-fed beef and tallow-based soaps alongside their dairy. Their raw milk is unpasteurized and features a thick cream line, harvested from cows fed a balanced, nutrient-dense diet. Gallup Family Farms serves the Magic Valley through an on-farm store and a robust weekly delivery network covering Jerome, Twin Falls, and Sun Valley.
