Lamb’s Rest Farm is a first-generation regenerative family farm nestled on 50 acres in the mountains of Kamiah. They specialize in hand-milked Saanen goats, providing fresh raw goat milk, chèvre, and yogurt to their community. Their goats are rotationally grazed and fed a GMO-free diet of alfalfa and barley. Beyond dairy, the farm produces Icelandic lamb and natural body products, maintaining a commitment to holistic land management and transparent food production.
