Canaan Farm is a family-operated raw dairy located in Elk Creek, Missouri, specializing in high-quality raw milk from a diverse herd of Jersey, Guernsey, Brown Swiss, and Tarentaise cows. As a RAWMI Listed farm, they adhere to rigorous safety standards, including a Risk Analysis and Management Plan (RAMP) and regular bacterial testing to ensure a clean and safe product. Their cows enjoy a pasture-based lifestyle, supplemented with a custom non-GMO grain mix, resulting in nutrient-dense milk rich in cream. In addition to raw milk, the farm offers farmstead cheeses and pasture-raised beef. Customers are encouraged to bring their own coolers for transport to maintain freshness from the farm to their table.
