Opal’s Creamery is a small, female‑run raw dairy dedicated to bringing fresh dairy back to life in Santa Fe, Tennessee. Named after my first cow, Opal, the creamery produces fresh, clean A2 raw milk from cows raised with intentional, everyday care. An opportunity for expansion made it possible to revive a dairy that once supported generations before me, allowing the original barn and pasture to return to the purpose they were built for. Each jar reflects the legacy of this place and the commitment to providing families with milk they can trust.
