Erickson Farms

Erickson Farms is a fifth-generation family farm in rural Clifford that runs a herd membership for raw milk. Every dairy cow has been genetically tested as A2/A2, and a small group of named Jersey cows supplies the milk. Alongside the milk, the farm grows organic microgreens and offers free-range eggs, kombucha, pastured pork, and grass-based beef. You join as a herd member for a weekly guaranteed amount, with pickup or delivery to nearby towns. The Ericksons follow a sanitation protocol they developed with the Raw Milk Institute and send milk samples for testing each week.
