Daloris Dairy

Daloris Dairy is a family-owned Jersey dairy in Rigby that has specialized in state-certified raw milk for over 30 years. They milk a herd of 60 pampered Jersey cows, known for producing the richest, high-butterfat cream-line milk in East Idaho. Their milk is filtered and rapidly cooled to 40 degrees to ensure maximum freshness and safety. Daloris provides milk in traditional glass bottles with a deposit system, as well as plastic gallons. They are a primary supplier for local artisans, including Manwaring Cheese, and are highly respected for their individualized approach to animal nutrition and care.
