Paradise Springs Farm is a 400-acre certified organic and Biodynamic dairy in Victor, holding Idaho’s very first raw milk permit. They milk a closed herd of Brown Swiss cows that graze on high-altitude pastures, producing milk and cellar-aged raw cheeses of exceptional quality. Recognized nationally for their ecological standards, the farm provides raw dairy to local markets in Teton Valley.
