Depot Street Dairy is a fully licensed facility in Jay offering raw whole goat milk from their herd of Guernsey goats. They also produce goat milk kefir, chevre, and yogurt. While specialized in goat dairy, they are expanding their lineup to include grass-fed cow milk from their Normande heifers, providing a diverse range of raw options for the community.
