This location bridges the gap between the Belton-based farm and Austin residents, providing a weekly Wednesday afternoon pickup window for pre-ordered unpasteurized dairy. Beyond dairy distribution, the Sapien Center is the physical headquarters for Nose to Tail and a retail partner for Heart & Soil, offering members access to regeneratively-raised organ meats, tallow-based body care, and desiccated organ supplements. To participate in the milk program, customers must place orders by Tuesday morning at 11:00 AM.
