If you want raw milk in the Huntington area, Lucas Farm offers it through a herdshare in southern West Virginia’s Wayne County. Buy a share and you receive raw goat and cow milk from the farm’s Nubian, Saanen, and British Guernsey dairy goats and Miniature Jersey cows. The farm also sells goat’s milk cheese and farm-fresh eggs to its members. Contact the farm to join the herdshare or to ask what is available this season.
